Use of this website or the Ranger customer mobile app constitutes acceptance of these terms. Security services are governed by separately executed service agreements between Ranger Operation Services Inc and the client.

Content on this site and in the app is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing ranges published are estimates only.

Bookings and quotes

Submitting a booking or quote request through the website or app is a request for service, not a confirmed assignment. Coverage is confirmed by our dispatch team, subject to officer availability, licensing requirements and a signed service agreement. Status shown in the app reflects what dispatch has recorded for your request.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time under Account → Delete my account. We may suspend an account used for abuse, fraudulent requests or unlawful purposes.

Payment

The app does not take payment. Security services are invoiced separately under your service agreement.

Emergencies

The app is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 911 first, then contact our 24/7 dispatch line at (786) 404-1861.
