Deployment Process

Six steps from call to coverage

Every Ranger engagement follows the same repeatable process — because clients hate surprises and auditors love documentation.

01

Initial Contact

You reach a licensed Florida supervisor — never a call center. We capture your post, hours, urgency, and any compliance requirements (OMMU, NFPA, HIPAA).

02

Site Threat Assessment

A regional supervisor walks the property (or reviews plans for job sites) and identifies chokepoints, blind spots, asset locations, and after-hours risk.

03

Written Deployment Plan

You receive itemized pricing, post orders, uniform standard, force posture, and reporting cadence in writing before any officer is scheduled.

04

Officer Assignment & Briefing

Officers are pre-briefed with post orders, site photos, and escalation contacts. A supervisor completes an on-site walkthrough with the first shift.

05

Live Operations

GPS tour verification, timestamped DAR reports, and 24/7 dispatch access to a supervisor. Missed tours page a supervisor within 5 minutes.

06

Quarterly Program Review

Every 90 days a supervisor reviews incident trends, tour compliance, and post orders with you. Programs evolve — they don't run on autopilot.
