Build the number from posts, not guests alone
Count required posts first: entrances, bag check, stage or dance floor, bar areas, cash handling, back-of-house, parking, and a roving supervisor. Then compare with the guest ratio and staff to the higher of the two numbers.
Venue and insurance requirements
Many Florida venues and insurers set a minimum officer count in the contract, and some require licensed armed officers for cash handling. Confirm both before finalizing the plan.
